Founder
Serial entrepreneur, Business Consultant, Professional Coach and Business Skills Trainer in addition to being an Influencer with Forbes Coaches Council, Sara has spent over 20 years' experience maximizing organizational performance through Planning, Leadership, Operational Management and Effective Communication.
With a strong corporate sales and training background, Sara ventured into entrepreneurship in 2005 as an independent Specialty Retailer. From a great idea in an open market, Sara drew on her past experiences to create a culture and service offering that was lacking in the marketplace. Sara developed a brand, marketing strategy, organized special events, participated in trade shows and built industry and non-profit partnerships to co-promote and assist in the education of consumers. With an emphasis on teamwork and a commitment to a positive culture within the business, Sara saw her dream come true. In 2008, Sara was named Young Entrepreneur of the Year and was recognized for her dedication to the business and community involvement with a New Brunswick Merit Award.
After exiting her business in 2010, Sara lived first hand the stress and confusion of breaking down her dreams. There is support to get into and grow your business, but Sara found limited resources or support on exiting. A new market need appeared and Sara married her coaching and training background with her love for entrepreneurship to become a Business Coach and worked as a Business Broker/ Succession Planning Consultant to help other entrepreneurs navigate business at all stages of life.
Believing in the entrepreneurial spirit and the opportunity to realize success through all stages of the business lifecycle, with a solid understanding of the challenges businesses face, Sara works closely with clients to roadmap their businesses and make informed decisions to increase their business value and reach operational effectiveness.
Sara is a Certified Business Coach (CBC), Certified Executive Coach (CEC), Pragmatic Management Certified - (PMC-I) Product Management, Google Ad Words Certified, and is a Trusted Advisor.
Adept at creating a vision for the future that’s ambitious but grounded in the possible. Sara has a passion for building inclusive and diverse teams that deliver results. A proven leader with the ability to place the success of the company and product ahead of any particular idea (including her own).
A participant with the Women in Business; as founder, former Board Chair and Event Coordinator for the Women in Business Without Borders Network, Sara has served as a Chair and Director on a number of Non-Profit and Advisory Boards including registered Charities and Community Economic Development Organizations. Sara is a mentor with Futurpreneur and Advisory Cloud and has also supported Business Immigrant Mentorship Programs.

Carl is our Technical Advisor.
He is a senior technical expert in the fields of biotechnology and computer technology, having provided services to numerous companies from startups to governments on both sides of the Atlantic.
At his most productive in an interim CTO role, Carl is able to rapidly understand technical and commercial challenges and to propose coherent solutions that can be achieved in predictable steps and with minimal disruption.
Although at home in strategic roles, Carl is no stranger to detailed technical work. His ability to walk the walk as well as talk the talk inspires confidence at every level in the organization.
